Apps MariJo Inc. sells and activates licenses for the use of the "Au Royaume des Sons" application and provides customer service.
The laws of the province of Quebec apply to the interpretation of these terms of use and its legal provisions, as well as to any transactions made on this site, notwithstanding conflicts of law. Any proceedings regarding this website, its terms of use, its legal terms, or any transaction, including the sale of products through this site, must be submitted to the court in the province of Quebec.
We may modify, update, or discontinue the application at any time without liability to you or anyone else. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you before making a modification. If we discontinue a service entirely, we will offer you a prorated refund for any unused fees you may have prepaid for that service.
Apps MariJo Inc. is the sole owner of all rights, titles, and interests related to the "Au Royaume des Sons" application and reserves all rights not granted under these terms.

You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account. Please inform customer service immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account information, except with an authorized account administrator. The administrator of your account may use your account information to manage your use and access to the application.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and third-party fees (including, for example, telephone fees, mobile carrier fees, internet service provider (ISP) fees, data charges, credit card fees, or exchange fees). We are not responsible for these fees. We may take steps to collect the fees you owe us. You are responsible for all related collection costs and expenses.
Apps MariJo Inc. collects applicable sales taxes. Since our office is located in Quebec, we will only charge the GST if your place of business is outside Quebec.
The services and the application are provided "as is." We make no warranties that the application and service will meet your requirements or be available at all times, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that the results that may be obtained from using the application will be effective, accurate, or reliable.
We disclaim all responsibility for any actions resulting from your use of the service and the application. You may use and access the service or application at your sole discretion and at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or data loss that may result from using or accessing the application.
We disclaim all liability to you or any other person for: any loss of enjoyment, data loss, or loss of profit, whether foreseeable or not; all special, related, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including those resulting from loss of enjoyment, data loss, or loss of profit, whether foreseeable or not, based on any form of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or any other claim arising from or related to your use of the service or application or your access to them.
Our entire liability for any matter arising from these terms or related to them is limited to the amount you paid to access the application during the three-month period preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
You may cease using the application at any time. Terminating your account does not relieve you of the obligation to pay any fees owed.
If we terminate these terms for reasons other than a valid cause, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least 30 days before the termination, at the email address you have provided, with instructions to retrieve your content. We may, at any time, terminate these terms and your access to the application binding us to you if you violate any provision of these terms, or if you fail to pay in a timely manner for the application, if applicable.
Group administrators may terminate a user's access at any time. If your group administrator terminates your access, you will no longer be able to access the content of the application.
